Hi I am having problem with my £1 earbuds promotion code when I add it to link which o2 sent me it wants me to pay full price instead of the £1 which I should pay, please help

Best way to do it is to go to the website, and order it from there (you can only order the Graphite Ones), and then type in the code, that worked for me on Friday..

If it still doesnt work you will need to contact o2 on 202

I think you have to choose the option to pay in full

Then you add the voucher which should reduce the price to £1.00
