hello, I bought a new 02 SIM card. I live part time in France and got it as it has a bundle for 20gb data in EU. I have topped up the phone twice now and the data is on the balance but the phone can’t access the internet or accept calls. The SIM card is in a android and I have also tried it on a 02 iPhone as well and the same. Any advice please

Did you top up when in the UK to activate it?

It won't connect unless it's seen the O2 network in the UK first.

Hi, no I topped up in France both times, gave not been home yet. But after reading g a few threads this morning I got calls/texts going. This was after I turned off all the call diverts. I then read a thread that should turn off 4G and just be connected to 2G/3G, the internet worked for about 10 mins then stopped again.
