Hi

I recently contacted O2 support to check that my account is still safe following an attempt to steal my account. Is it normal for 02 support personnel to ask for the answer to my security question. He said he could see the answer already and I had to say it to verify who I was. I refused, as I seem to remember not to divulge this answer to anyone - including 02 staff. Am I wrong?
