Hi, I used to have an older Samsung Galaxy that I recently replaced with a Google Pixel 7 pro. I just kept on using the O2 SIM card in the new phone. I have a rolling pay-as-you go subscription where money is taken off my account once a month by debit order. While using the old phone I received automated balance update messages on my phone after every call and SMS, even though it's pointless with a rolling plan and unlimited calls and messages as it will always say that my balance is 0. That was acceptable. With the Google Pixel 7 pro though I often get randomly completely swamped with like a dozen consecutive balance messages, without having made a call or sent an SMS. It often comes with an SMS saying something to the effect that I cannot receive video messages. It's extremely annoying. Does anyone know about this? Do I maybe need a different SIM card for the new phone?
