Hi,

Thanks was thinking of buying a pay as you go sim, to test if this is the problem, but I have read other O2 customers have been having the same problem 😞

Strange thing tested at home this morning, Virgin Media landline (now voip) got through OK, my mums cheap mobile on EE got a busy tone 😞

So sadly it seems to be a process of elimination O2 sim or phone 😞

Hi,

Not sure what is happening, but some of my friends/colleagues are getting a busy message when trying to ring me and it not because I am already on a call.

I tested it by ringing from my office phone and my mobile comes up as busy, but the most annoying thing is this is not consistent!

I have a iPhone 12 mini on the latest iOS 16.6 and I have even switched off WiFi sharing, please help as I have got no idea to rectify this issue?

Best

Mark
