I need to give o2 a STAC code from my old Mobile company, I called the number and got sales, and spoke to the nice lady and had to tell them 4 times I want to give you a STAC code and she kept saying you want a STAC code? when I finally got some sense she tried to transfer me to the customer support and after 10 mins or so got cut off, all I want to do is give a STAC code so I don't get charged twice... HELP!!!

You have to persevere with O2 I'm afraid.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
