Hi I just upgraded to an iPhone 12 from an 8+ do I need a new sim? I just assumed if I did then they would send me one 🙊

help would be appreciated

Depends whether the old SIM is 5G enabled. If not it will need replacing.

However, the old SIM will work and if needs be you can get a new one from an O2 store if you call in with photo ID

If you upgraded you can use your old sim in your new phone @Jk40

Should you need a new one, you can visit your local o2 shop and they can get one.

Otherwise contact customer services, but be aware that they will disconnect your current sim!
