      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks madasaf1sh, I did think it was odd when it took me to a forum after going through on the phone (granted out of hours) and was told to speak to a live chat assistant until 23:00 by going to o2.co.uk/contactus and yet not getting through to a virtual assistant but a customer forum lol. I guess I’ll try contacting them in the morning. Thank you for taking the time to respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
