Repetitive texts-how to stop?

Hi, I recently changed my phone and have been getting bombarded with a text message from 02 saying I am not set up for visual voicemail - how can I get these to stop please? I get around 15 a day.

Good question, at @Pauline67 - it is a setting in your Dialler app that needs to be switched off, assuming you have no need for Visual VoiceMail, VVM:

In your dialler, tap the three dots at top right, go down to Settings and Voicemail - set the slider next to Visual Voicemail here to off, and messages should stop:

Open the phone app settings and slide the video settings to off
