My safe search is locked on for my device. How do I remove?

Safe search is locked on all browsers and I cannot remove.

MY02 settings say that filtering explicit material is off but I still cannot seem to access betting sites whilst data roaming.

it does however seem to work at home on WiFi (I’m with BT).

this suggests it’s either the device or the network. Hoping you can help

The reason will be Geo-IP blocking whilst abroad as Gambling is not permitted in all countries, this is a compliance issue.

If you mean in the UK, then you will need to have a look here and if need be send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
