I have just received my new pixel 7 and it will not take a charge from mains power, computer usb or from a power pack. i have tried numerous cables with no success. The only cable it came with has a c type connector at both ends so i cannot see what use this is.

I also received an Anker 5000 power pack which has a d type usb connector which is useless for this phone so I want to return this - how do I do that?

Most phones come with C to C cables now.

As to the phone try Google first, just in case it is something simple

i went to the store in town and they sold me a new block, so i am charging thanks.
