&lt;P&gt;You will have to keep trying customer services.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted o2 yesterday and received a message stating my new sim requires activating. This has not happened yet .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
