    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I ordered a new iPhone. I currently DO NOT have a phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent over two and a half hours on the phone to o2. I kept getting passed over to another person. They asked me the same things time and time again and gave me the same robotic replies time and time again. At 12:20 after being on the phone since 9:40am I had to come off before I blew.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To accept the order I need to click on the link in the email supplied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click on the link and it tells me I have to pick up a code from text to verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a phone just my SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the call they told me to login and request it be sent via email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To accept make that change I need to click on the link in the email supplied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click on the link and it tells me I have to pick up a code from text to verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a phone just my SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every person on the helpline today told me to put pick up the text and put in the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am incredibly frustrated to say the least. They have an order lying there waiting for me to accept and click on the link. I cannot do that because I do not have text available as I do not have a handset as I sold mine last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot be the only person that's had this issue so there is either a way round or O2 are happy to accept the incomplete orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot face speaking to another script obsesses robot.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5247087"&gt;@OB6K&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If O2 cant understand you have no handset to accept a code, they must be thick!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally I would go to your nearest O2 store and order your phone from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unless you can borrow a phone from a friend and pop your sim in that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the number and it was another robot in a faraway land reading a script.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incredibly at the start I stopped him and told him to listen very closely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To accept the order I need to click on the link in the email supplied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click on the link and it tells me I have to pick up a code from text to verify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have a phone just my SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After 40 minutes AGAIN - Incredibly he said to me, "I need to put the SIM into my phone to retrieve the verify code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How the hell can O2 afford to lose customers like this? Clearly its a numbers game.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been with O2 since they launched.
