Recently moved to o2 and ever since I moved over to my new sim I have had no signal indoors or outside. I checked the o2 network checker before switching and it said good signal indoors and out in my area however since switching I’ve restarted my phone numerous times but still not getting any signal. Any help?

You should try with a PAYG sim first.

If you are PAYG just get your PAC and go elsewhere <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]" id="Guide002"></LI-PRODUCT>

Guide may help <LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?" id="Guide018"></LI-PRODUCT>

<LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?" id="Guide016"></LI-PRODUCT>

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
