Just another O2 system and website error

This network is going downhill fast

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I recently received an email from O2 after being 'transferred' from Virgin Media, containing a link which was supposed to take me to my new account. When I click on this link instead of going to my account, I receive the following message.

I am using Firefox, so I tried the Edge browser and got the same result. Googling the issue, the suggestion was to delete all my cookies. This worked for Edge, but not Firefox. However, by entering my account manually, I go straight to my account. So, for some reason, the link will only produce the above result.

Why?

Try using a Private or Incognito tab, @pdoth - works a treat for the Download bill page, as does being logged out of the Community Forum before clicking a link from O2 as you describe. Good luck!
