    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a phone through o2 as "like new" its screen has been glitching, selecting things and scrolling by itself since I received it and now the charging port has stopped working, I've just missed the cut off of 30 days to send it back for a replacement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
