    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2515022"&gt;@Gazzah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- with the temporary cessation of O2 Forum Advisor service here this past week, the only thing I can suggest is to contact O2 via Social Media, the details for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram are in the link just below this post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let them know the issue, briefly, and they will probably ask for more info via Direct or Private massaging on the platform.&amp;nbsp; You can keep an eye on progress using that conversation thread until you get a resolution,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2515022"&gt;@Gazzah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- best we can do, as we are all customers here as well, and cannot access your account.       <title>Apple Watch not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought an iPhone 14 pro max and series Watch 8.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the Watch will not connect to cellular data been trying to sort it for 3 weeks. No help at all from calling 202 and no help from in store. Been promised a manager call back 3 times each time to wait 72 hours. &amp;nbsp;They sent an esim apparently that’s not correct can someone help with connecting my Watch to the data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
