    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5241134"&gt;@Rosie007&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- This has been a problem with O2, usually cutting off after an hour so six hours is quite good.&amp;nbsp; On other networks, iPhones have been known to drop after 6 hours, which could be fixed by making sure there were no pending updates for the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here, and all Forum members are customers like yourself - if you message O2 on Social Media, details in the link just below, they should be able to help you with this.
