      <title>Audio dropping whilst on calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi over the last few months my phone is dropping audio on phone call. It happens very frequently and already today it has done it 3 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Monday I took my phone to Apple shop Genius Bar and they checked everything to make sure there is nothing wrong with phone (not even a year old) they said that they could see the audio issue was on the signal and suggested I get in contact with 02 as it could be a SIM card issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you help it is driving me crazy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3766300"&gt;@Trishl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The quickest and safest way to get a new sim is to pop in store with some photo ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you order through customer service they will switch off your old sim and you'll be left with no service until the new sim arrives.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
