      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone and texts and internet access only work when at home on wi-fi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked all settings correct&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checed all software updates done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done a network re-set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5186088"&gt;@Su19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your sim active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have upgraded you need to do a sim swap to use the new sim &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update" id="Guide012"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;or your sim may have just failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID and they will issue a new sim for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
