      <description>&lt;P&gt;I visited an O2 store yesterday to obtain a replacement sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over 24 hours later the sim is still not working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a Pay Monthly or a Pay As You Go user, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1139330"&gt;@lawts&lt;/a&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 Shop staff should have moved your number to the new SIM, including any remaining balance if you are a PAYG user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I can suggest is to contact O2's Social Media Team in the morning, the ways to do that are contained in the link just below this post.
