Error code 15 when trying to connect apple watch to mobile service.

Hi,

I have paired my Apple series 7 to my iPhone 11 watch but it wont let me connect the mobile service. It keeps coming up with error, code 15. I've got all the latest software updates on both items. Have turned both devices off and on again too. I called O2 and spoke to really helpful scouse man but he was clueless too. The other message I get is lost connection to server? I was trying to set this up at my home address so not our of area and no issues regarding signal etc. Any ideas? CDT will be approx 3 working days.

I got an Apple Watch ultra on Monday and have been having the same error code and no one seems to know what they’re doing, I’m so fed up. Please can you help me too?

Please check here after 8am Monday, @Atomicgeezer - I will tag @O2Sarah- who will need more details privately from you to get this moving. Please know this appears to have stemmed from an OTA update released by Apple recently, and it may take a few days to get fixes in place. Good luck.
