Recently I’ve been charged £1 for each of 3 texts and one telephone call. Yet it’s the same phone and the same plan all up to date. What’s going on?

Thanks again for the info, which I am trying to absorb. It doesn’t account for the charged for short phone call though?!

Check in My O2 re phone call. If it was in the UK then you need to contact O2 and ask why you were charged.
