    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, a couple of months ago I renewed (with a change) my contract with O2. &amp;nbsp;After this change my visual voicemail on my iPhone stopped working and I cannot get it to work. &amp;nbsp;Everything was fine until an hour after renewing my contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, so much for the quick response. &amp;nbsp;I wonder why would they not have automatically done this - it has worked for years and years without hiccup&lt;/P&gt;</description>
