      <title>Apple Watch data plan (error 14)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I’ve had my Apple series 8 Watch I have intermittent data when I’m away from my phone (Bluetooth connection).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I did a soft reset as suggestion via chat. Did nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;today I tried a hard reset!! My watch then literally became useless as was stuck on the setting up screen to setup a data connection and then getting error code 14.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;called technical at o2. She didn’t have the foggiest what to do, kept going on about choosing the option to setup a new connection. There is no option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please help!! I need to get my watch data back as I often go out without my phone (dress wearing season!) &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
