    <title>topic 4G+ issues in Tech Support</title>
    <link>https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Tech-Support/4G-issues/m-p/1372965#M3427</link>
<description>I'm hoping someone can help. My 4G connection keeps changing to 4G+ and when it does my connection speed drops to a very slow speed (less than 1mbps) or has no connection at all. This is continuously rendering my 4g connection unusable. I'm using a Galaxy S10, and it is the 2nd unit of this model that I've experienced this issue with. Any advice or help would be great.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance</description>
