      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;II've just switched over from Virgin, and since the switch I'm getting no voicemail notifications whatsoever. If someone leaves one, the only way I know about it is if I actually dial into voicemail. The voicemail options on my phone are all switched on, and I was receiving notifications right up until the switch to O2, since the switch I'm getting nothing. I've got a Galaxy S21. Please help! Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901" id="Guide006"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;may help,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5192045"&gt;@Josephine667&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if you still have the original Virgin SIM, sometimes better off getting an O2 SIM, an O2 Shop (with photo ID!) can do this for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also see if you Text ACTIVE to 2020, O2'll text back with the settings - then you'd need to turn the phone off and back on when they've been installed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;See if that helps,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5192045"&gt;@Josephine667&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
