Solved! For some weird reason her voicemail had set to answer calls straight away. So dialled **61*901*11*30# and it's changed to 30seconds now

I have 3 phones (mine & my 2 daughters) that changed over from Virgin to O2 last night.

My youngest daughter's phone is no longer taking calls. When phone it it goes straight to voicemail. She then gets a text message saying she missed a call.

Her phone had turned off during the night, it was on the charger and no reason for it to switch off. But she didn't get the text messages I got with password etc. However it is O2 messaging service that answers her calls. What has gone wrong and how can I fix it?

Glad it's sorted. It seems not all the settings are coming across in some cases
