      <title>No service after porting number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a second O2 phone for my daughter on 17/5/23. Starting up the phone it worked fine with the temporary number. After porting over her old phone number the phone has had no service since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have spoken to numerous customer advisors who eventually palm me off with the same excuse to escalate it and someone will get back to me, they never do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the porting team have said the number has gone over ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the network has been reset numerous times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all the things suggested hasn’t worked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have just been sent a new sim through but to activate it they need to send a text to the number. Well I’ve got no service so how can I receive a text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyone who can help? Nearly a month without service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
