    <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv received a letter about notice of disconnection but I don’t have a product with o2 - I tried calling and was told the account number provided on the letter can’t be found and couldn’t trace anything through surname and postcode - I don’t know what to do next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
