Hello

on the london underground (in stations) I used to be able to use Virgin media wifi , but that option no longer exists. I understand "wifi extra" is for O2 customers, but when I try to connect to it, it simply says I am unable to.

I am a pay monthly 02 customer. Please can you advise what I can do to use the service I believe I should be able to use?

Virgin Wifi has been closed down pending the move to 4G

Not sure re WiFi Extra access

No doubt someone who is London based will be along

Hi thanks for that link.

I do get the mobile data signal in tunnels and stations but not in the centre of town.

Still don't know why the wifi extra doesn't connect howevr. Can anyone from O2 comment or assist please?

We’re just customers like you and O2 don't monitor or comment on the forum. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
