VAT Invoice

My pay monthly account doesn't provide a VAT invoice, which I require for accounting purposes. Please advise how I can obtain one. Thanks.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Also, You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@NPS -

Once you get through to O2, two things will be needed:

For them to send you the past bills you need as VAT Invoices (they may say there will be a charge for this, but when I needed same some years back, three months' worth of bills were sent to me gratis), and
For them to enable VAT invoices on your MyO2 - this is usually the harder one to achieve, and I am not sure if the new 360 billing system makes this easier or more difficult. VAT number and bill format will only apply to your next bill and all bills after that.
