Twice I was sent a esim qr code and twice it failed to activate trying to speak to 02 on the phone is a joke don’t understand them and they don’t know what there doing

What is the error that you get when trying to activate the esim??
How did you receive the QR Code ?

Did you try and activate it manually using the esim key?

What Phone are you using?

02 sent me a qr code so i scanned the qr code and it then is seid activating then the afret about 5 mins it say unable to activation failed and i am using iphone 12pro max 02 on the phone is no good dont understand what i want
