      <title>Migrating Frustration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry if posting in the wrong boarsd, and I have seen the rota, please can someone tag the 02 experts that are next available in response to my query below. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering please if any O2 experts could message me please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying since Thursday to get O2 PAYG number swapped (migrated) to the sim I have received after joining O2 Pay Monthly Volt Virgin Deal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried Thursday, Friday, weekend, Monday and yesterday. Each time I was told 24 hours, except Friday when I was told 48 hours!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Needless to say I am still waiting. Yesterday I was even told on the call that my call was being made as a complaint to higher up, and would be ensured to be done within 24 hours or I would receive a call to explain why it couldn't be. I am still waiting and that was 38 hours ago now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone able to actually sort this for me please? I am getting very frustrated ringing and it is now a week of being told the same thing with no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks indeed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
