Thanks tried that, O2 just cuts me off as contract is through a third party. Trying to contact the third party but it's not a contract issue, it's an O2 service issue - I've spoken to a user with a direct contract. O2 should respond - I'm still a customer!

I have the same issue with all my personal and eight business numbers. It can't be a coincidence... Plus, the service of customer service was abysmal today.

It reminded me of Virgin Mobile... brutal, primitive abrupt and uneducated mannerisms, with "what do you want" sort of questions... Not sure what happened, but it made me puke a little...

I have 4g and thats working fine but have no signal to make calls.
Take it o2 is paying up.

My sister who is with Sky Mobile that uses the o2 network has 5g but not signal to make any calls.

Hi @MI5 Yes we are aware it has been affecting calls also as sms the issue appears to be getting resolved .

No problem @MI5 All can advise at the moment is customers try turning phone off on to see if connection comes back sorry a bit of a cliche .

Hi, any idea how long it will take to fix? I've tried restarting my phone 3 times. I rely on texts for everything and without them I'm helpless so need them back working ASAP.

I rely on texts for my work but 80% of the time I use messenger or whats app.

I do hope this gets sorted soon. For I need text as work sometimes sends me a code to my phone so I have to type it in before I can look at some of my work stuff online.

I don't really have a house phone anymore and at ti se need to make calls on my mobile not that I make many in a month but I been on the sick from work the last few weeks and need to keep in contact with work.

Yes text seem to be working again but not for calls as lest not when I tried to phone my sister 10mins ago who is on Sky Mobile. Just for a test.
