      <title>Sim Swap won't activate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was stolen on Sunday night. Monday i called o2 and they put a bar on my account. Then i went into store Monday lunch time to get a new Sim. They called customer services for me there to ask them to remove the bars, so that my new sim could activate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's now been two days and there is clearly still a bar on the account which is why my new sim won't activate. My phone was stolen 2 and a half years ago and this problem was the same, over a week until someone acknowledged that there was still a bar on the account. I can't call customer services because my sim isn't working!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
