Phone mast down in the area, this mast has been down since last year it is causing a massive inconvenience in our area as important phone calls get ended as they think we aren't on the call to them no longer due to signal being so bad, I have been told numerous times I sound robotic on the phone and it isn't the phone as it is brand new, I am paying for a contract that isn't fulfilling my needs

You'd need to speak to customer service. You can reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

In the meanwhile you have the alternative of WiFi calling.
