No Caller ID on incoming calls

Hi all,

Problem that some have had, that I've experienced for a couple months now. No caller ID on any incoming calls. Tried swapping SIMs, tried a different phone, no fix. Had it raised to technical team but no call backs, absolutely nothing! I know this is on the new stack but does anyone have any resolution to this?
