    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! &amp;nbsp;Moved from EE to O2 and slightly regretting it. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Number seems to have been successfully ported from EE. &amp;nbsp;iMessage and FaceTime are returning 'activation unsuccessful' messages. &amp;nbsp;Restarting phone, resetting network settings, etc have no effect. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not a device issue, as putting a friend's sim in the same phone results in iMessage/FT connecting correctly. &amp;nbsp;Placing O2 sim in a different phone brings up the same failure warning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is some talk on the forum of needing a blank sim from you guys to solve the issue (?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All advice greatfully accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.4.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4038297"&gt;@O2Ryan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4039461"&gt;@O2Emma&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! &amp;nbsp;Moved from EE to O2 this week and onto pay as you go from a contract and regretting it. Not much success with the customer phone line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Number seems to have been successfully ported from EE. &amp;nbsp;Will only come up using my email account. &amp;nbsp;Restarting phone, resetting network settings, etc have no effect. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also having issues with the app not showing the correct bundle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All advice greatfully accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4038297" target="_blank"&gt;@O2Ryan&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4039461" target="_blank"&gt;@O2Emma&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
