      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m currently abroad and unable to make calls back to the UK as i get a message saying “all outgoing calls except emergency are barred”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure how to get my 4-digit bar pin either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help me out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
