      <title>Voice calls cutting off and other party cannot hear me.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 2 O2 Android phones in the house and for both we have these 2 problems since&amp;nbsp; Friday:&lt;BR /&gt;- Calls made get cut off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Other party whether they are the caller or receiver, cannot hear me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls made with What's App have no problems.&lt;BR /&gt;Microphone access is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 coverage check and text message response says there are no problems in this area.,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like there is an issue with signal if WhatsApp is fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5119485"&gt;@Rivergreen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might also be able to use WiFi calling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact o2 customer services and ask them to turn it on in your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;24 hours later enable it in your My o2.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally turn it on for your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
