      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a new phone and I'm keeping my old number - both phones are o2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm waiting for my number to transfer over but my new phone doesn't seem to have data despite being on an unlimited contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kirsty&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Erm I think I've done a sim swap - the new phone is also a new contract so I put the new sim in, then got out of my old contract and switched the numbers over (which should be completed on monday)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
