      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i was having issues with my SIM card which used to always report a SIM failure anytime i turned on my phone, and would not let me call or text or use data. I have since resolved this issue through just reinserting the SIM after cleaning it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SIM card now shows as being connected to O2-UK and is at full bars of service, I am able to make calls and send texts but I still do not have any data. I can turn the option on or off, but it doesn't do anything, and the personal hotspot option is greyed out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/html/@86490D440D0190FE6D301D335D2A66D8/images/smilies/011.png" alt="slight_smile" title="slight_smile" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You may need to call O2 &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5117978"&gt;@teddy2&lt;/a&gt; and check if iData has been applied correctly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CFB" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CFB&lt;/A&gt;) , Twitter ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CTW" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CTW&lt;/A&gt;) or Instagram ( &lt;A href="https://o2uk.co/O2CIG" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://o2uk.co/O2CIG&lt;/A&gt;), hopefully they should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
