dns server isnt responding , locked out of 02 so no internet connection

dns server not responding and locked out of 02 so no internet connection. Been going no for more than a week , several messages appear , they are,

dns server isn't responding, cannot view xml input using xsl style sheet ?

security settings do not allow the execution of script code within this stylesheet ?

network discovery is turned off, turn on n.d. in network & sharing centre ?

At a total loss as to what all this means, can you help or list easy to understand steps I can take to fix it from my end, thanks for any help you can give me, im snookered.
