      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There Tall trees. Thank you, I finally got hold of Customer services, who immediately unlocked my sim. Even though it was a replacement sim, it still needed unlocking. Though there has been many that said, even their own email to me, that I need to just put the sim in, it is ready to go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
