    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently moved over from Three to an unlimited contract with o2.&amp;nbsp; I was told that this unlimited contract allowed me to use data whilst roaming in both Europe and the US.&amp;nbsp; I came across to Spain a week ago and was unable to get access to any data services.&amp;nbsp; I eventually managed to get through to an online assistant who told me to switch my phone (and iPhone 13) off and then on again, which worked and I was able to get access to 5G service and data.&amp;nbsp; However, yesterday my phone reverted to 3G and not being able to get data services.&amp;nbsp; I have tried switching the phone off and on again, but with no success this time.&amp;nbsp; I've tried getting access to an online advisor but there are none available.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
