    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5089872"&gt;@Awesome-Ade&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im curious?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Why are you using mobile data for Sky Glass Streaming on the TV, and not normal Broadband, as Mobile Data, has high latency, and can suffer high packet loss, which will cause buffering and pauses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I highly recommend getting Sky Broadband in for their TV Service, and not relying on Mobile Data for any type of 4K / HD Streaming.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will hit the FUP on o2 quite quickly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signal strength and response speed drops dramatically at around 18:00 every weekday. Subsequently, devices (SKY GLASS - TV streaming) are pausing mid-stream and we are getting frustrated as this happens every single evening&lt;/P&gt;</description>
