I'm having terrible trouble with receiving text messages. Today I was trying to buy a new computer, and the bank required two-step verification, but I'm not getting the txt containing the verification code, despite it being OK at the bank's end. Last week the same happened when trying to log into Amazon, and all the verification code messages arrived at once three days later (when they had expired, of course). At other times I've been getting messages on time, but multiple identical copies all at once. I've tried talking to O2's chat bot, but it's an idiot and can't even put me through to a real person. Communications company, ha!

@Ken2211

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Ah, thanks! Good advice - I should have known that contacting through their own website would be too easy. 🙂
