      <title>Mobile Data Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using a Samsung S10 abroad but since i have come back home the mobile data does not work, only wifi is working. I have just changed over to the S20 ultra which was factory reset but still does not work so must be something to do with my sim or account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the o2 virtual online assistant for help but a waste of time and the online chat is either not on or they are too busy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated as it is so annoying that i have no internet outside the house.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
