Apple Watch - reference code 14

Hello,

I’ve got my watch last week (series 😎 from O2. It came pre-paired. However, it wouldn’t connect to the network at all. So I tried to reset it. When I try to set up the mobile data I keep getting then’ooops’ message. I spoke to someone on 202, flagged it up, said I would hear back within 48 hours. That hasn’t happened. I still can’t set up mobile data and I keep getting ‘reference code 14’ or reference code 110. Can anyone please help to sort this out? Thanks

These error 14 Codes have been solved by the Forum's O2 advisors, so I shall tag @O2Emma who is on now - watch out for a private message from her presently, @BeloBe - and good luck!

Please can someone help me also, 5 hours on with o2 and no solution.... esim has been reset etc etc but still no solution..

@O2Sarah Please would you mind helping me with the same issue?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 8. My watch was recently repaired by Apple due to a fault, and now that I have received it back I am unable to add the mobile data\sync plan that I previously used on the watch.

I received an o2 error page when I try showing response code 14.

I have spent over 4 hours on the phone to o2 customer services so far and they keep sending me round in circles. They've sent out a new "esim" QR code in the post but there isn't any way for me to add it onto my watch.

I'm at my wits end here. Please help
